Description du service
To help and support you welcoming your baby through the 4 trimesters. These classes explain what happens before, during and after childbirth, so you both know exactly what to expect, help you make informed choices when needed and have the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns. Antenatal classes provide information on all your birth options, so you and your partner can decide on preferences and draw up a birth plan. A birth plan is a record of what you would prefer to happen during your labour and after the birth. It also helps to think about how your birth partner can support you during labour and during the post partum period (or 4th trimester). Antenatal classes are a great way to prepare for a smooth and relaxing delivery, and a positive birth experience!
Politique d'annulation
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
