Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy that helps you reach an altered state of consciousness. You achieve a state of profound relaxation in which you always remain in control. Hypnotherapy can help you relax, ease anxiety, manage discomfort and allow you to prepare for childbirth with confidence. Hypnotherapy can also support other conditions such as smoking cessation, where needed.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
